Whereas the Chief Justice of Ontario has nominated the Honourable Bonnie R. Warkentin, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - East and North;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Bonnie R. Warkentin as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Ontario - East and North to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring January 1, 2019.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Bonnie R. Warkentin, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Ontario - est et nord, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er janvier 2019.
