Whereas the Chief Justice of Newfoundland and Labrador has nominated the Honourable Charles W. White, a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Charles W. White as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring June 1, 2019.

Attendu que le juge en chef de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador a proposé que l’honorable Charles W. White, juge d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Charles W. White, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er juin 2019.
