Whereas the Canadian Bar Association has nominated Rajwant Mangat to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of British Columbia;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Rajwant Mangat of Vancouver, British Columbia, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of British Columbia to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring January 1, 2019.

Attendu que l’Association du barreau canadien a proposé que Rajwant Mangat soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Colombie-Britannique,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Rajwant Mangat, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Colombie-Britannique, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er janvier 2019.
