Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Danika B.R. Littlechild to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Alberta;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Danika B.R. Littlechild of Maskwacis, Alberta, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Alberta to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring March 1, 2019.

Attendu que la ministre de la Justice a proposé que Danika B.R. Littlechild soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Alberta,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Danika B.R. Littlechild, de Maskwacis (Alberta), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Alberta, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2019.
