His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act, appoints Jennifer Hayes of Shigawake, Quebec, to be a member of the Canadian Dairy Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, on a part-time basis, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is comprised of per diem within the range ($275 - $325) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,600 - $4,200), in the place of Henricus M. Bos, effective January 3, 2017.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du lait, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jennifer Hayes, de Shigawake (Québec), commissaire de la Commission canadienne du lait à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps partiel, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement est composé d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (275 $ - 325 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 600 $ - 4 200 $), en remplacement d’Henricus M. Bos, à compter du 3 janvier 2017.
