His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Charla Gwendolyn Robinson of Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be a director of the Thunder Bay Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Emilio Frank Rigato.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Charla Gwendolyn Robinson, de Thunder Bay (Ontario), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Thunder Bay, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement d’Emilio Frank Rigato.
