His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2016-11 of January 19, 2016, reappoints Dawn Lavell Harvard of Wikwemikong First Nation, Manitoulin Island, Ontario, as a special adviser to the Prime Minister, to serve as an ad hoc provincial member of the Independent Advisory Board for Senate Appointments, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, effective January 19, 2017.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2016-11 du 19 janvier 2016, nomme de nouveau Dawn Lavell Harvard, de la Première Nation de Wikwemikong, Île Manitoulin (Ontario), au poste de conseillère spéciale du premier ministre, afin d’agir en tant que membre ad hoc provinciale du Comité consultatif indépendant sur les nominations au Sénat, à titre amovible, pour un mandat d’un an, à compter du 19 janvier 2017.
