His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 117 of the National Energy Board Act and section 4 of the National Energy Board Act Part VI (Oil and Gas) Regulations, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to AltaGas LPG General Partner Inc. on behalf of AltaGas LPG Limited Partnership, of Licence GL-338, substantially in the annexed form.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 117 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie et de l’article 4 du Règlement de l’Office national de l’énergie concernant le gaz et le pétrole (partie VI de la Loi), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie à AltaGas LPG General Partner Inc., au nom d’AltaGas LPG Limited Partnership, de la licence GL-338, conforme en substance au texte ci-joint.
