His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 119(5) of the Railway Safety Act, makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Regulations made Under the Railway Safety Act.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 119(5) de la Loi sur la sécurité ferroviaire, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Décret abrogeant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur la sécurité ferroviaire, ci-après.
