His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to sections 6, 8 and 10 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Theresa Tam of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Interim Chief Public Health Officer, Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year or until such time as a Chief Public Health Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($226,100 - $265,000), effective December 17, 2016.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu des articles 6, 8 et 10 de la Loi sur l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Theresa Tam, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste d’administratrice en chef de la santé publique par intérim, Agence de la santé publique du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat d’un an, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un administrateur en chef de la santé publique soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (226 100 $ - 265 000 $), à compter du 17 décembre 2016.
