His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 4.1(4) of the Lobbying Act, appoints Karen E. Shepherd of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Commissioner of Lobbying on an interim basis, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of six months, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6, effective December 30, 2016.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 4.1(4) de la Loi sur le lobbying, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil confie à Karen E. Shepherd, d’Ottawa (Ontario), l’intérim du commissaire au lobbying, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de six mois, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6, à compter du 30 décembre 2016.
