His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Canada Border Services Agency Act, appoints John Ossowski of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canada Border Services Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($221,300 - $260,300), effective December 7, 2016.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme John Ossowski, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de président de l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (221 300 $ - 260 300 $), à compter du 7 décembre 2016.
