Whereas the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce has applied, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from the Town of Port Hope to the Municipality of Port Hope, from Hamilton Road to the West until East Townline Road and from Lake Ontario to the North until Eagleson 1^st Line Road near Rice Lake;

 

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, changes the boundaries of the district of the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce from the Town of Port Hope to the Municipality of Port Hope, from Hamilton Road to the West until East Townline Road and from Lake Ontario to the North until Eagleson 1^st Line Road near Rice Lake.

 

Attendu que la Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce a présenté une demande, en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit la ville de Port Hope, soient changées de façon à correspondre aux limites du territoire de la municipalité de Port Hope, à savoir de la route Hamilton vers l’ouest jusqu’à la route East Townline et du Lac Ontario vers le nord jusqu’à la route Eagleson 1^st Line près du lac Rice,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil change les limites du district de la Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce, soit la ville de Port Hope, pour qu’elles correspondent aux limites du territoire de la municipalité de Port Hope, à savoir de la route Hamilton vers l’ouest jusqu’à la route East Townline et du Lac Ontario vers le nord jusqu’à la route Eagleson 1^st Line près du lac Rice.
