His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, after consultation with the board of directors of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Dwight Douglas Duncan of Windsor, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($6,400 - $7,500).

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Dwight Douglas Duncan, de Windsor (Ontario), président de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (6 400 $ - 7 500 $).
