His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 16(1)(g) of the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act, transfers the administration of the federal real property described in the annexed Schedules 1 and 2 from The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, an agent corporation, to the Minister of Transport, without consideration.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 16(1)g) de la Loi sur les immeubles fédéraux et les biens réels fédéraux, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil transfère, sans contrepartie, la gestion des biens réels fédéraux décrits aux annexes 1 et 2 ci-jointes, de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, une société mandataire, au ministre des Transports.
