His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend for seven years, commencing on April 1, 2018, the existing four-year lease with Alexander Enterprises Ltd. to occupy a property located at 5185 Dolman Ridge Road, Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de prolongation, pour une période de sept ans, commençant le 1^er avril 2018, du bail existant de quatre ans avec Alexander Enterprises Ltd., concernant la propriété située au 5185, chemin Dolman Ridge, à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
