His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend for twenty years, commencing on March 1, 2019, the existing five-year lease with 106007 Canada Limited operating as Geosynthetic Systems to occupy a property located at 3543 Conroy Road, Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de prolongation, pour une période de vingt ans, commençant le 1^er mars 2019, du bail existant de cinq ans avec 106007 Canada Limited, qui mène ses activités sous le nom de Geosynthetic Systems, concernant la propriété située au 3543, chemin Conroy, à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
