His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and subsection 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into the Contribution Agreement for the Ontario Bridge Training Program for Internationally Trained Individuals with the Government of Ontario, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, avec le gouvernement de l’Ontario, de l’Accord de contribution pour le programme de formation relais de l’Ontario pour des personnes formées à l’étranger, lequel est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
