His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Pierre Maurice Vanderhout of Kingston, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective January 9, 2017.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Pierre Maurice Vanderhout, de Kingston (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 9 janvier 2017.
