His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, appoints the Honourable Alan P. Ingram, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, Family Court Branch, to be a deputy judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Alan P. Ingram, juge de la division de Cour de la famille de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
