His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, appoints the Honourable William H. Goodridge, a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a deputy judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable William H. Goodridge, juge de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
