His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, appoints the Honourable Dev Dley, a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, to be a deputy judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Dev Dley, juge de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
