His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to section 47 of the Northwest Territories Act, appoints the Honourable D. Blair Nixon, a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, as a deputy judge of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 47 de la Loi sur les Territoires du Nord-Ouest, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable D. Blair Nixon, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest à titre inamovible jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
