His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement – Phase 1 dated April 30, 2014, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Williams Lake Indian Band as an addition to Five Mile Indian Reserve No. 3 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.305 hectares (0.754 acres).
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, et conformément au protocole d’entente – phase 1 daté du 30 avril 2014, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne de Williams Lake, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Five Mile n° 3, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles ont une superficie de 0,305 hectares (0,754 acres).
