 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Vote No. 1 of Schedule 1 to Appropriation Act No. 2, 2016–17, appoints Sara Hradecky as High Commissioner for Canada to the Republic of Rwanda, with residence in Nairobi.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères, Commerce et Développement) figurant à l’annexe 1 de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2016-2017, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Sara Hradecky en qualité de haute-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République du Rwanda, avec résidence à Nairobi.
