His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Graham Flack, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Guylaine Roy, Assistant Deputy Minister, Cultural Affairs, Department of Canadian Heritage, or Peter MacDougall, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Mélanie Joly, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Graham Flack, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Guylaine Roy, sous-ministre adjointe, Affaires culturelles, ministère du Patrimoine canadien, ou Peter MacDougall, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie.
