His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(2) and section 10 of the Canada Border Services Agency Act, appoints Kristina Namiesniowski of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Executive Vice-President of the Canada Border Services Agency, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective October 31, 2016.
