The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that David J. Kroft, of the City of Winnipeg, in the Province of Manitoba, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.
