His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of Penticton, a “Band” within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Penticton Indian Reserve No. 1 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 2.26 hectares (5.58 acres).
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de Penticton, une « bande » au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Penticton n° 1 en Colombie-Britannique, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, d’une superficie de 2,26 hectares (5,58 acres).
