His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, fixes the remuneration of Normand Leduc, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, for the period he is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson, Refugee Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($124,300 - $146,200), effective January 11, 2016, until such time as he is no longer required to act as Assistant Deputy Chairperson.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération de Normand Leduc, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de vice-président adjoint, section d’appel des réfugiés de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (124 300 $ - 146 200 $), à compter du 11 janvier 2016, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour lui d’agir à titre de vice-président adjoint.
