His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 3(1) and sections 7 and 11 of the National Research Council Act, appoints Iain Stewart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($221,300 - $260,300), effective August 24, 2016.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) et des articles 7 et 11 de la Loi sur le Conseil national de recherches, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Iain Stewart, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du Conseil national de recherches du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (221 300 $ - 260 300 $), à compter du 24 août 2016.
