                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation Act, hereby approves the

appointment by the Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) of Robert McFadgen of Marion Bridge, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation to hold office for a term of two years, in the place of Spyro Trifos, who has resigned.
