                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to paragraph 58.16(1)(b) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to New Brunswick Power Corporation of Certificate EC-III-25, a copy of which is set out in the annexed schedule.
