His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Leslie MacLean of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development, to be styled Senior Associate Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development and Chief Operating Officer for Service Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($221,300 - $260,300), effective July 4, 2016.
