His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 18(1) and paragraph 18(2)(b) of the Cultural Property Export and Import Act, appoints Monte Clark of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year.
