His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 117 of the National Energy Board Act and section 4 of the National Energy Board Act Part VI (Oil and Gas) Regulations, approves the issuance, by the National Energy Board to Steelhead LNG (E) Inc., of Licence GL-324, substantially in the annexed form.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 117 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie et de l’article 4 du Règlement de l’Office national de l’énergie concernant le gaz et le pétrole (partie VI de la Loi), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la délivrance à Steelhead LNG (E) Inc., par l’Office national de l’énergie, de la licence GL-324, conforme en substance au texte ci-joint.
