Whereas, pursuant to section 42.1 of the Tobacco Act, the Minister of Health laid a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Tobacco Products Information Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), substantially in the annexed form, before the House of Commons on April 24, 2015 and the House of Commons did not concur in any report from a committee respecting the proposed Regulations within the following thirty sitting days;

 

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to paragraph 17(a) of the Tobacco Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Tobacco Products Information Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

 

Attendu que, conformément à l’article 42.1 de la Loi sur le tabac, la ministre de la Santé a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’information relative aux produits du tabac, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant la Chambre des communes le 24 avril 2015 et que celle-ci n’a donné son agrément à aucun rapport de comité au sujet de ce projet de règlement dans les trente jours de séance suivants,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu de l’alinéa 17a) de la Loi sur le tabac, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’information relative aux produits du tabac, ci-après.
