His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 261(1) of the Canada Business Corporations Act, section 372 of the Canada Cooperatives Act and section 293 of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Industry Regulations.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 261(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions, de l’article 372 de la Loi canadienne sur les coopératives et de l’article 293 de la Loi canadienne sur les organisations à but non lucratif, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements (ministère de l’Industrie), ci-après.
