His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 10(1) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, reappoints Douglas W. Mahaffy of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year.
