His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 94 of the Marine Liability Act, appoints Anne Marie Florence Legars of Montréal, Quebec, to be the Administrator of the Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, or until such time as a new Administrator is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range $475 - $550.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 94 de la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Anne Marie Florence Legars, de Montréal (Québec), administratrice de la Caisse d’indemnisation des dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures causée par les navires, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat d’un an, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau administrateur soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle 475 $ - 550 $.
