Whereas the Minister of Justice reports that the Honourable C. Michael Ryer, a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, by letter of February 15, 2016, submitted his resignation;

 

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, accepts the resignation of the Honourable C. Michael Ryer as a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal effective May 1, 2016.

 

Attendu que le rapport de la ministre de la Justice fait état que l’honorable C. Michael Ryer, juge de la Cour d’appel fédérale, a remis sa démission par lettre datée du 15 février 2016,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accepte la démission de l’honorable C. Michael Ryer comme juge de la Cour d’appel fédérale, laquelle prend effet le 1^er mai 2016
