His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources,

(a) pursuant to subsection 129(1) of the Energy Safety and Security Act (the “Act”), chapter 4 of the Statutes of Canada, 2015, fixes January 1, 2017 as the day on which the provisions mentioned in that subsection, relating to the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, as enacted by section 120 of the Act, come into force;

(b) pursuant to subsection 129(2) of the Act, fixes January 1, 2017 as the day on which the provisions mentioned in that subsection, relating to the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act, as enacted by section 120 of the Act, come into force; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Act, fixes January 1, 2017 as the day on which sections 121 to 128 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 129(1) de la Loi sur la sûreté et la sécurité en matière énergétique, chapitre 4 des Lois du Canada (2015) (la « Loi »), fixe au 1^er janvier 2017 la date d’entrée en vigueur des dispositions de la Loi sur la responsabilité et l’indemnisation en matière nucléaire, édictée par l’article 120 de la Loi, qui sont visées à ce paragraphe;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 129(2) de la Loi, fixe au 1^er janvier 2017 la date d’entrée en vigueur des dispositions de la Loi sur la responsabilité et l’indemnisation en matière nucléaire, édictée par l’article 120 de la Loi, qui sont visées à ce paragraphe;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 129(3) de la Loi, fixe au 1^er janvier 2017 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 121 à 128 de la Loi.
