                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 11 of the Auditor General Act, hereby requests that the Auditor General of Canada inquire into and report on the reconciliation made annually under

(a) article 21 of the tax administration agreement between the Government of Canada and the Cowichan Tribes aboriginal government, as set out in the annexed Schedule 1; and

(b) article 21 of the tax administration agreement between the Government of Canada and the Shuswap band aboriginal government, as set out in the annexed Schedule 2.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur le vérificateur général, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil demande au vérificateur général du Canada de faire une enquête et de dresser un rapport sur le rapprochement fait chaque année en vertu des dispositions des accords suivants :

a) l’article 21 de l’accord fiscal conclu entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement autochtone des tribus Cowichan, lequel figure à l’annexe 1 ci-après;

b) l’article 21 de l’accord fiscal conclu entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement autochtone Shuswap, lequel figure à l’annexe 2 ci-après.
