His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Coleen Volk of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective April 11, 2016.
