His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Co-Production Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Ireland; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Graham Flack, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, or Kevin Vickers, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Ireland, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Co-Production Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of Ireland.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de co-production audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Irlande;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Mélanie Joly, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Graham Flack, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, ou Kevin Vickers, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République irlandaise, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de co-production audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de l’Irlande.
