His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 125 of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Michael Wernick of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($277,600 - $326,500), effective January 22, 2016.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 125 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Michael Wernick, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de greffier du Conseil privé et secrétaire du Cabinet, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (277 600 $ - 326 500 $), à compter du 22 janvier 2016.
