His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Canadian Heritage in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Co-ordinator, Status of Women in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada designated to co-ordinate policy with respect to the status of women and administer related programs.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1)   de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre du Patrimoine canadien » figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de la coordonnatrice de la situation de la femme » de la colonne I par la mention « Le membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada désigné pour coordonner les politiques relatives à la situation de la femme et gérer les programmes qui s’y rapportent ».
