His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 28 of the Bank of Canada Act, appoints the firm of accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP of Ottawa, Ontario, to audit the affairs and to perform the annual audits of the Bank of Canada for the five fiscal years commencing on January 1, 2016 and terminating on December 31, 2020.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 28 de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le cabinet de comptables PricewaterhouseCoopers s.r.l., d’Ottawa (Ontario), pour faire la vérification des comptes de la Banque du Canada pour les cinq exercices commençant le 1er janvier 2016 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2020.
