His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of Infrastructure of Canada in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs in column II of that Schedule opposite that name, effective November 4, 2015.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada » figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada » à la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales ».

Cette mesure prend effet le 4 novembre 2015.
