   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, appoints Terry Prowse of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective September 21, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants et en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Terry Prowse, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel) à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 21 septembre 2015.
